It is in essence your pc/phone/paper notes, formatted and used as TCG cards. You start by taking turns playing a card. “Sub-games” can be used to determine unsure outcomes.
So what’s a note? Card? Difference?
A note is something you draw or write down for any purpose, it could be on paper, one of your devices, or scrawled on a wall/napkin etc. Doesn’t matter where, just that it’s a note or drawing.
So you take any note, and put it on a card. Card needs to have a picture, paired with some text or informative symbols, and that’s it! It can be anything. Categories of cards will form naturally. Common terms used in video and tabletop games will apply and should be used to assist in clarification.

Important rule/guidelines:
This is a game of honor (and fun, ideally). Strive to keep it as such. This is thus the rule.
Do not make or use cards with the conscious intent of upsetting someone. Only in cases of honorable and prior agreements should there be exceptions to this rule. For example, participants may agree to allow exceptions in the case that it’s funny, and not particularly harmful.
Disagreements can always be settled. If needed, another game is a useful tool. It can be treated as a “sub-game”, a minigame of sorts that determines an uncertain outcome or settles a disagreement. Of course, using a sub-game, participants would have to agree on which. This maintains Rule #1.
This is a game to be played honorably for fun, but it can be used for other purposes, such as solving problems. Be creative (however, respectful also).
Instructions on how to participate:
Make (or otherwise acquire) cards to the previously outlined specification.
Play a card and determine further turn order.
Players take turns playing one card.
Additional rules can be created and agreed upon using played cards and sub games.
Draw inspiration from knowledge, life or gaming experience shared with participants.
The winner is determined by whoever doesn’t lose. Losers are determined by the participants at any time.
Repeat steps 4-7 as necessary.
